In September, 2004, The Saskatchewan Amateur Radio League implemented a new service called the SARL Bulletin Service.

Basically it is an email list that members are automatically placed on upon joining SARL. The list is not a typical email reflector. The only people authorized to send messages are the executive members. There is no spam, and no unnecessary waste of bandwidth.

Information conveyed includes information of interest to amateurs in the province, special events, bulletins pertaining to the business of SARL, notes and corrections on The QSO, and anything else that must be delivered in a timely manner.
