Girl Guides 100th Anniversary Rally

Terry White (VE5TLW) will be setting up an HF and VHF station for the Girl Guides - Saskatchewan Council in Moose Jaw, SK on May 15th in celebration of their 100th anniversary. The station will be in operation from 19:30Z to 23:00Z. The station will be setup in a tent in Cresent Park near the centre of the city. Murray (VE5MC) and Rob (VE5ROB) will be in attendance as well to lend support. We will be using a Yaesu FT-897 and FT-8800. A tri-band rotatable dipole will be the primary HF antenna with a 200 foot longwire with counterpoise will be the backup. The VHF antenna will be 3 - element yagi.
