Southwest Amateur Radio Club (SWARC) is hosting this as a fund rasiser to build a new Garage / Club house.
The City of Swift Current , Swift Current Fire Department and Swift Current Ambulance Service have agreed to donate a decommissioned ambulance to the Southwest Amateur Radio Club for use as an Communication Vehicle in Southwest Saskatchewan.

Activities will include but not be limited to a Flea-Market, Demonstrations and Training Sessions.
Demontrations will feature use of Amateur Radio for Emergency Services and some of the new Technologies and Systems available to Amateur Radio.
Sask. Landing Search and Rescue will also do demos on Radio Direction Finding.

We will be holding the Hamfest at the Salvation Army building in Swift Current. They are located at 780 1 Ave NW, Swift Current (see map below). The Salvation Army have requested that there be no overnight RV parking on their lot. We will be monitoring the 146.790- repeater if anyone needs directions and our APRS Digipeater will also be listing the location.
