The VE5SKN Repeater system is open for use to all amateurs.  The codes for the IRLP system are readily available at the IRLP.net website. 

HF remote access is restricted to members.

It is encouraged but not necessary that amateurs who live in the Saskatoon area support MARS in order to use the MARS IRLP system.  It costs the club to keep the system up and running 24/7.
