MARS Voice Repeaters

There have been misconceptions that because the SKN repeater requires a CTCSS tone, means its private.  This could not be farther from the truth.  MARS maintains that the SKN repeater is open to all amateurs to use.  The tone is simply there due to technical reasons with the IRLP network.
